I sailed over Thanksgiving once and they do serve a fairly traditional meal. Thanksgiving day was our anniversary as well and they made both events very special for us. Such a wonderful cruise line!!!

Thanksgiving cruises are normally pretty reasonable. Last year in August, we booked a "AA" minisuite on the Golden for $800 for Thanksgiving. We were ultimately upgraded to "VS". What a cruise!

We are booked on the Dawn for a 10 day cruise to the Southern Caribbean out of Ft. Lauderdale for the week of Thanksgiving and the week after. We got a great price but then we booked it last October. In the past month our price has come down twice. YAHOO!!

I started a Roll Call a few weeks ago and no one responded. Now that post is lost to "blackhole" of posts somewhere (probably page 24). I have seen roll calls for the Star for the week prior to and after our cruise. I was beginning to wonder if we would have the ship to ourselves.

 

We're going for honeymoon and it'll be my first cruise. Right now, November seems unbearbly far off. I guess I should start another roll call because I don't know how you bring a prior post back to page 1 of the roll call lists.

 

Where are you guys at on the ship? Look forward to talking to you some more!

We'll be on the Golden over Thanksgiving and its also MY birthday..... 64 of them things. Also be celebrating our 37th anniversary on Tuesday the 22nd of that week. Proposed to her and she accepted so we are going to renew our vows on board. Course I'm a hero now.

Our family will be on the Dawn over Thanksgiving and we are looking forward to what the ship will have to offer us in the way of interesting Thanksgiving fare.

 

Apparently we are along on this ship as I have had a roll call going for months with no responses. Maybe we will get a nice upgrade!!
