How do you find out what berth you will dock at? We will be in Ketchikan on the Crown August 4th.

From dock 3 you are 5-6 minute walk.

Hopefully it's fixed by then, I haven't seen an update on the timeline for repairs. We saw a HAL ship that was supposed to be docked there tendering and all I could think was I was glad that wasn't us.

There was an article on Ketchikan Daily News yesterday stating that they hope to be finished by June 30. There was a photo of the contractors installing a dolphin cap. The article was/is behind a paywall, so I couldn't read beyond the first few sentences. If you look at their website today, you will only see the title of the article.

 

My cruise is scheduled for Berth 3 on July 7. Hopefully it will be repaired by then.

Glad to hear it isn't going to be out of commission as long as originally thought. Damage must not have been as extensive as they had feared. I watched them working on it for a while last week from my balcony.
