Chefs table on FOS

Does anyone know the entree for chefs table on the Freedom. I would like to take my wife there for her birthday but if it's lamb I'd be in big trouble because she won't eat lamb and that would be an expensive mistake. Thanks

The best thing about chefs dinner is that they will consult with you about preferences. I've done it 3 times and I have to see lamb. But it's chefs preferencial!

the menu will change based on the Chef's whim and availability.

 

I am allergic to shellfish so when the first course was a shrimp and scallop thingy ma bob he took some of the duck that was for another course later on and whipped something up for me. my husband liked mine better and he LOVES scallops.

 

lamb is yummy tasty especially when cooked properly...
