Questions over casino rates

I am thinking of booking a cruise for next summer, and I have received some snail mail casino offers. However, these offers are only for the fall or winter.

1) When do Casino offers become available for next summer?

2) How can I access these offers? Do I call a PCC or the wait for the snail mail to arrive?

Thanks!

I suggest calling Club 21. The phone number should be on your snail mail offerings that you have received. They operate the casino's aboard HAL.

Thanks, I was going to do that, but my PCC says she has access to all available rates and that I had to speak with her when calling HAL.

My PCC told me a while ago that all I need to do is check with her and she will see all available rates I am eligible for...all I have to do is ask.

We booked our March 2017 cruise sometime in April or May of this year and a casino rate was already attached to my Mariner account, so that's how I booked.

If your PCC checks your Mariner account, I would bet there's a code attached that would offer a discount on any HAL cruise.

You can call the main number and speak to anyone. It bothers me that she would tell you that.

They are supposed to refer callers to the PCC unless the caller insists they speak with someone. Calling when your PCC is off would be an occasion to insist. You're probably anxious to find the answer, but emails sent to my PCC when off are returned promptly upon his return.
