Contacting P+O

Hi All,myself and my wife are going on Britannia on the 27th of this month and I have been trying to call the 0843 number for the last 3 days but keep giving up after listening to the same messages/music on the waiting queue,the longest I have waited so far is 20mins.I want to order flowers to be in our cabin when we arrive for my wife as it will be her Birthday and our silver anniversary during the time we are on board.Is there a different number I can try or another way I can order them,it says on my cruise personaliser that they would need to be ordered in advance.

Our family were trying to buy us something too and in the end gave up trying to get through and transferred money to our account [emoji53] why they can't sort this issue with the phones out I just don't know.

I am not sure but can you not order the flowers through your cruise personaliser?

 

If all else fails go through your travel agent they seem to have a separate way of communicating with P & O.

 

For a company the size of P & O their customer relations service leaves a lot to be desired

I was just on my cruise personliser, and I thought you could order on there. But when you click on the gift, it tells you order via the phone number, which I assume is the one that's not being answered!

Hi

 

I had the same issue, rang the free number at 8:30am and got through ok.

 

If you have booked interdependently, ring your travel agent they seem to get through a lot quicker.

 

Friends just on the Arcadia now, and they had to do that.

 

P and O customer services are terrible.

I have been on the phone for 45 minutes with P&O, I now know their spiel off by heart. I am wondering whether anybody is working today:D, all I want to do is give them some money...hey ho. Try again tomorrow:mad:

 

 

 

They might be a bit busy taking new bookings for 2020.
