Does anyone know if you can leave the park, get lunch on the ship, and then re-enter the park? Just curious if we should plan to eat there or on the ship.

You should be able to it is t very far away from the ship. Personally I would just bring some snacks and have a big breakfast.

Do they give you a wrist band that would allow re-entry?

 

I don’t know if they check bags but FAQ state NO food or beverages to be brought in.

 

Whilst it is not “far” from the port I think you would waste at least a couple of hours going back to ship for lunch between - getting back to port, long pier, security, eating and return. Eating at the port wouldn’t be an advantage since food and drinks will probably be similar price to water park.

 

I would go with large breakfast, budget for a snack or return to ship late afternoon for a snack.
