Possible to sell free internet perk?

Found out my neighbor has a suite on board his up coming NCL cruise as a gift. He has one perk he said he will never use and that is the internet. He said its the ultimate plan.

He does not have a computer, or even an email for that fact.:eek:

He's 84:D

 

Can he sell that perk to someone on board:confused:

I thought he could. He just needs to find someone who wants it. I know he is with a group of other seniors and he could probably put it out to his group.

I pesonally wouldn't do it since if someone has your internet package, they will have access to your onboard account.

One has nothing to do with the other. One thing that could happen if someone was selling a "limited plan" they could add more MB or Minutes. Since it's unlimited, then it really doesn't pertain.

He may be able to trade it for another perk that he can use. Have him check with NCL to see, that way he won't have to be dishonest about it.

He should make sure it's an unlimited plan, I'm only aware of NCL offering a limited number of minutes as a perk, even for suites.

No he can't. The perk (which is probably 250 minutes and not unlimited), gets loaded into his shipboard account. He would have to logon (at the internet cafe) to activate the account and set up a username and password to "sell" to someone else. If that person goes over the 250 minutes, your neighbor would be charged for the overage.

We gave our 250 minutes away in August to kids across the hall with no problems. I think I just gave them the "congratulations you have 250 internet minutes" card that was left in our cabin and they took it to the internet cafe.
