When in Europe it was the Horizon restaurant (aft). I heard some talk of them switching, maybe someone who has done the first sailing (here in the US) can opine if that it true.

Yes it is the Horizon dining room. I just did the New York round trip and had anytime dining.

I believe that they will be flexible enough to switch between Horizons and Reflections based on how many request YTD versus assigned. They can also use the lower level of Horizons for one and the upper level for the other.

Its Horizons. I dunno if its changed but when we went you had to go to a kiosk on deck 4 and get a ticket...that line was about 5-20 minutes depending. Then you had to wait for the table which usually wasn't too bad but then you had to wait for your food. I dunno if other ships are set up this way but we were told by the staff that there was only one kitchen for both dining rooms. We were lucky to get out in under 2 hours. We had friends that had late dining that usually wouldn't get done until 10:15-10:30!
