Don't overeat the sweets and the food Even thro made by friends or family and it's good So easy to say but I know so hard to do anytime of the year But Holiday parties, dinner's, lunch's and those brunch's are to fear Plus do you notice when you have so much to do you relax a bit You might not eat regular meals but all day you.. pick and hit So the rest of December if we can be good and lose that's the test I think this is a month that if we can stay the same is for the best Gains are hard to get off sure takes longer then it did to put on you know So please enjoy yourselves but learn the times to say yes and no But if gains appear at the end of each week and they might YOU get right back on track after the party/dinner/whatever last bite A help not to gain you know is to come in here each week Knowing you have to weigh will help you keep on the track you seek H-Happy Hour O-Only water L-Lemon I-Ice D-Drink A-Apps.. I was actually afraid to step on the scale yesterday as I'd had my lovely birthday meal & a couple of lunches out. To my surprise I was down 2/10 lb. Hubby and I had a good time in China although the tour company ran us ragged. The Yangtze cruise was great. Not sure I need to go back to China though. I am waiting until next week to weigh myself as we never went to the gym on the tour. Did walk a lot. Been to the gym at home every day since we've been back. Have a good week everyone. Diana.. Glad you have a good but busy time in China. My cruise was nice with a few bumps in the road/sea! Day after came home no gain.. few days later.. gains! Problem use to eating but moving.. then not much food at home.. lazy to go to the store. That is lazy!!. So cold here! Eating wrong things for sure. Shopping tomorrow and drinking water and hoping for a loss on Thursday!. See we have to keep coming in. Hope to see more people in here on Monday and everyone talking. I had WI yesterday and lost 2.5lb, taking me to 25lb lost in 8 weeks. 3 and a half weeks til my next cruise, I want to hit the 35lb mark before I go, only a little thing called CHRISTMAS in the way... got 2 do's today, one sat, one Tuesday and again next Thursday!! can only eat lettuce leaves inbetween lol Let's stay focused... x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
