When should I book luggage direct?

You can book it either before you get on the ship or once you are on the ship.

We have done it both ways, with no discernible difference in result - 100% satisfaction with the service!!! I would book on board. Every once in a great while, the service is not offered on a particular sailing - it has happened to me twice out of FLL.
