We made a booking for a TA in October 2017 but cannot add it to My Bookings. Celebrity have stated we cannot add it until 6 months prior to sailing. Is that correct - it seems a bit strange. Thanks Can't comment on UK site but you can certainly add it to the US web site long beyond 6 months. Once our UK TA confirmed the Celebrity booking references, we were able to pull up the bookings under MyCelebrity. We have been looking at our cruises on and off ever since. Thanks Nothing to do with timeframe at all. Unfortunately it is another computer glitch with Celebrity. Since November I have not been able to add any bookings to My Celebrity. Multiple phone calls to Captain's Club and Tech Support have confirmed that there is a computer issue and many people are affected by this. If you both have a Captain's Club number try your partner's account. My husband can access everything yet I cannot. New system coming.....WHEN is the big question. Good luck. Thanks Absolute rubbish blaming the timeframe - where do they find their excuses from :rolleyes:. They have been having problems, yet again, and some pax are able to view bookings and other can't. I spoke with Miami about our issues (sent an email a received a telephone call from Miami) to rectify why I could access some of my bookings and not others. They were unable to help at first, but agreed to pass my query to IT and lo and behold it suddenly was fixed about a week later. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
