Excursion at atlantas and blue hole in jamaica

Two questions, we want to go to Atlantas to do river floats and slides, is it cheaper to just find away over and book ? It seemed expensive as our cruise excursion

 

Any recommendations in tour guide for a trip to the Blue Hole in Rio Ocho?

Google Comfort Suites...it's next door to Atlantis, and you can book a "day room" and have access to Atlantis. It's still gonna be pricey, because they CAN charge a lot, but it should be less than the ship's excursion there. No need to pay the ship to take you...cabs can do it!
