I'm looking to book a Bermuda cruise on the Breakaway for next month. I decided to price it through a travel agent since they are offering double OBC at the moment. I inquired about booking a mini-suite with the UBP and dining package. They told me all of those are sold out and that i had to choose the UBP and some other promo. The NCL site would let me book the UBP and dining package. How does a promo sell out?

it does not, find a better travel agent. If you still want to book with this travel agent, make them do a conference call with NCL and let them figure it out
