Probably the Boatyard - One can walk there from the port.

Boatyard, Harbor Lights, Lobster Alive and maybe a few other beach clubs are lined up along Carlisle Bay - all offer loungers and umbrellas for rent. You can walk there in about 20 min or take a shared taxi for $5 per person. :cool:
