firstcruiserDB Posted August 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2017 Ugh....I have searched and searched for my answers, but I'm just getting more and more confused! We will be in Nassau on Jan. 4th on board RCCL Serenade of the Seas. We are in port from 10:30 - 6:30 pm. We would really like to take our 3 teens to the Atlantis Waterpark and beach for the day. What is the most economical way to do this? It will be two adults, and 3 teens ages 18, 16, and 13. I will REALLY appreciate your help with this! Pellaz Posted August 13, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2017 You can try a few options: There are sites that offer day passes for Atlantis, generally much cheaper than your cruise line's prices. Atlantis itself: http://www.atlantisbahamas.com/daybooking Resort for A Day:https://www.resortforaday.com/Atlantis-Day-Passes-s/1862.htm Bahamas Day Pass:https://www.bahamasdaypass.com/Atlantis-Aquaventure-Day-Pass-s/1849.htm All guests of the Comfort Suites Paradise Island (it's right down the hill from Atlantis' "main" Coral Towers entrance) get full access to Atlantis and Aquaventure, and they cater frequently to cruise guests...basically you check in, check out, and get pink cards to exchange for wristbands at Atlantis. This is a great option for groups up to 4 people, but would not be as economical for your group of 5.
mjkacmom Posted August 13, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2017 If you aren't dying to go yourselves, you could just send your kids. We've gone twice, once through CS (only brought 2 of our kids), and once tbrough the ship (priced at $99 pp, couldn't beat that).

Wow, yeah, I'd take a $99 deal through the cruise line in a heartbeat. I've seen Aquaventure day-passes for as high as $230/pp through Royal and Carnival. :o
olya1972 Posted August 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted August 15, 2017 You are sailing in January. Concider water temperature in the Water park. We never did the water park, but it was very chilly water in the ocean on both occasions at the end of October and first week of November. When we were there in February three years ago or so, it was very cold in the ocean and even on private island. Ask around on this boards about people's experiences with water park in January. (Just because of the price for five of you).

Sent from my iPhone using Forums If you pay for day passes to the Dig, you will only be able to visit the casino or marina village, without a pass, casino and marina village.
