Krazy Kruizers Posted August 20, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 20, 2017 That sounds like a great price for a 14 day Caribbean cruise. Looked at your itinerary -- love those ports. Sorry I can't help you with decks.

Looked at your itinerary -- love those ports.Sorry I can't help you with decks. Is it the Key west Grand Cayman, jamaica , with two ports in Cuba itinerary? If so, I'd rather they skipped Jamaica and Georgetown. But I do like Key West I can't help with the decks either but know I would not do a guarantee booking. If that is the cruise I outlined, when i looked at it, I was able to choose which Neptune I wanted. I did not have to do a guarantee had I booked. IF that is the same cruise. OMG. The price on HAL's site for an outside cabin is $1,249 pp on that sailing, so I would say you got a phenomenal deal! $349 pp for 14 days???!!?? We usually are in Neptune, but I'd jump at that deal. It's a nice itinerary for the Caribbean as well. (y)(y)

I've been meaning to compare vista suite and verandah cab in pricing b ut haven't gotten to it yet. The price for me alone in a Neptuune is extremely high. I am also on that cruise. We are in a Neptune suite and it is costing us more per day than you are paying for the entire 14 day cruise :o. Plus, of course, our flights from Spain via UK. For those interested the itinerary (from FLL) is Half Moon Cay 2 days at sea Road Town, Tortola BVI Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis Castries, St Lucia Bridgtown, Barbados Saint Georges, Grenada Point-a-Pitre,Guadeloupe Philipsburg,Sint Maarten San Juan, Puerto Rico 1 day at sea

Were I to sail solo in the Neptune for 14 day Cuba cruise it is $,15.000 plus third party insurance. Just making the comment that, as regular Neptune clients, we'd be tempted to take this deal because of the amazing price. As English_in_Spain pointed out, they are paying more for ONE DAY in a Neptune on this cruise as the TS is spending for the entire 14 day cruise. Krazy Kruizers Posted August 20, 2017 #11 Share Posted August 20, 2017 I never mentioned Jamaica or Georgetown. I took the time to look up OP's itinerary which, as I mentioned, has great ports we like.
Djptcp Posted August 20, 2017 #12 Share Posted August 20, 2017 DH and I have had casino rates for our last 4 Holland cruises and we booked Neptune suites for each one. Not as low as $349 pp, but about 1/4 the cost of a Neptune suite on those cruises so well worth it to us. I received a free cruise on Carnival as a bounce back from our May cruise and we are taking it in Nov. and the only charge is $174 for taxes and port charges. Gotta love those casino rates!!
