Airports and cruise terminals

Some reading on the board will get you a lot of info.

Holland America only sails to HMC from Ft Lauderdale, which as described here daily, is about the easiest airport/port relationship in the world.

Carnival sails from both Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Miami is not bad, but it is not as easy (and generally, as cheap).

Thank you - I've been trying to compare what I've found on carnivals site (you can actually get to HMC from Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville and Ft Lauderdale) - so with that many ships involved I thought I would use the travel to and from to help me eliminate at least a couple of the ports.

Thank you again!

Miami or Fort Lauderdale. It would make no difference which one you fly into or sail out of. Land in Miami and sail out of FLL wouldn't matter, land in FLL and sail out of Miami wouldn't matter, etc. Whichever cruise you prefer and flight that works best for you will work.
