From port to hotel I would recommend Rome Limo as noted above but my top recommendation is Rome Cabs at http://www.romecabs.com

 

As far as hotel there is a hotel right at the airport which is a Hilton.

The Airport Hilton is the closest hotel and is actually attached to the terminals via an overhead walkway that is right outside the front entrance. For those who do not want to walk they also offer a shuttle. There are a few other hotels further away that do also provide shuttle service.
