cruisekitty22 Posted October 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2017 Is it easy to get to the dining rooms on this ship. First timer here. I have read it is not. Is it true this ship is hard to maneuver around? Is there a serenity section on this ship and do the kids use it too? I hope not!
buddylover Posted October 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2017 The galley/kitchens cut into the mid to aft part of deck 3 so you have to stay on Deck 4 and walk to back/aft elevators and /or stairs to go down to deck 3 which is the main entrance to aft dining room. Once you learn this, easy peasy and no problem. Lots of people complain about this, but there is so much wonderful on this class of ship that outweighs this one little walking hazard....and once you learn it, there is NO problem! You can see deck plans at cruise deck plans dot com (no spaces) very easily and you can click and drag the decks one over the other to check out cabins (what is above and/or below). Very useful! ricew001 Posted October 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2017 We were on the Victory in August - our second time on her and stayed lost. LOL! But we still had fun. the serenity deck is on teh top floor and we always found it. thankfully it is no kids allowed. You will enjoy it. Look for Kat the bartender and tell her the North Carolina redhead says hi!!! She's fantastic! So is her sidekick bartender who is from Jamaica! Enjoy!
