Cruise Next Certificate Emailed?

Performed a search but could not find anything. I bought two Cruise Next certificates last week on the Escape. It was very loud at the cruise consultant desk due to live music at the Atrium. I thought I understood the rep to say that the certificates would be emailed to me.

Anyone have experience in how long it usually takes to receive them? Thanks!

Mine usually show up on My NCL section of the website within 48 hours. I never had any emailed to me

Never had a email version. Log onto you NCL account, bet you see them. Ours was posted to our NCL account when we got home.

I have received confirmations by e-mail, most recently last October. The message came from "donotreply@ncl.com" and the subject was "Here Is Your CruiseNext Deposit Confirmation."

 

As long as the deposits show up on-line in your NCL account, you're fine. It's nice to receive a confirmation, and there could be situations where it comes in handy, but I wouldn't really worry about it.

There is no need for paper or email versions. Just check your account.
