Purchase Internet Pkg before cruise or after embarkation?

I see on Princess' website that there are bonus minutes when purchasing internet packages before your cruise starts. As I recall, there are also bonus minutes available when purchasing onboard. Can anyone tell me if the prices are the same - we'd prefer to use our on-board credit to purchase a "small" internet package if the end result is the same.:confused:

The bonus minutes you get when you pre-purchase the package are twice the bonus minutes if you buy onboard the first day. The only reason to not buy is if you get free loyalty minutes. EM

Having OBC to purchase on board is a good reason to wait.

And an even better reason is the occasional reports on the Princess board of either (1) no voucher in the cabin for the pre-purchased minutes; or (2) not all the promised bonus minutes appearing. Having to make a trip to see the internet center manager--always the brightest ray of sunshine among the crew :rolleyes:--is not worth the small handful of extra minutes.

Good idea to get feedback from others on the Princess Board about the pros/cons to all of this.
