Adian80 Posted November 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 24, 2017 Our original plan for Grand Cayman was to go to Calico Jacks for the day, but after reading other threads I really don't want to deal with a crowded beach. My next thought was to just stay on the ship and enjoy the views and relax, but the idea of going to Hell intrigues me. So, for those that have been how far away is it and is it worth the tender? TrinityFL Posted November 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 24, 2017 I wouldn't make a special trip just to see the lava rocks and gift shop. It's okay as part of a tour.
OCruisers Posted November 24, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 24, 2017 It's so not worth it unless you want to buy something at the gift shop that says .... "I've Been To HELL!"
Adian80 Posted November 24, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted November 24, 2017 Thank you both. We'll just stay onboard and enjoy the ship. Sent from my SM-G930V using Forums mobile app
jdough789 Posted November 26, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 26, 2017 You can go there by public bus. I went there and posed with the devil. They sell postcards and they will be postmarked from hell if you mail the from the Devil's hangout. they will stamp your passport for a small tip. you can stop there as part of a trip to the Turtle Farm.. The bus fare is 2.50 us .
Rare Keith1010 Posted November 28, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 28, 2017 I agree. I would not make the trip there. The main reason some people do is for a shirt. Keith
