Anytime Dining on the Valor? Tips, thoughts?

We've never been on this ship and never done Anytime Dining.

Wondering which dining room this is offered in?

How is the service?

Are you able to get a table for 2 or will you possibly be seated at a group table?

Are your servers ever the same?

In 2015 we were on the Freedom and had early dining and were seated upstairs. All of the entertainment took place down stairs where the Anytime diners were seated so we never saw much.

Thank you!

We were just on the Valor, but had assigned late dining. It was held in the aft Washington Dining room. I believe Anytime was in the Lincoln Dining room.

If seeing the entertainment is important, ask to be seated on the lower level or right along the balcony so you can look down on it. Or, opt for assigned seating and ask to be seated in the center of the Washington on the lower level. We were right behind the podium on the lower level and had a birds eye view of all the singing and dancing.

With Anytime dinning, you can ask for a table for 2. You may have to wait a few moments until a table is available, but we've never had to wait more than few minutes. Also, if you find a wait staff you like, you can request being seated in their area. We've done that many times.

We always ask for a table for 2. It is like being seated in a restaurant on land. They will ask how many and you just say table for 2.

IF you like your wait staff the first night then just ask for the same area each night. They will get to know you just as they do in traditional seating.

IF you do not like the staff then ask for a different area and tell the host/hostess why you are switching.

I don't know about the singing/dancing wait staff as that is not important to me at all!!
