smith6 Posted December 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2017 This is Our first time in Barbados and want to spend it at a beach. The beach must have clean wash room facilities, preferably a nice restaurant and cabannas and umbrellas rentals, not overly crowded either. I've read a few posts on different beaches and can't tell which one is the best for me. Can Anyone who has been here a few times suggest the best beach by your experience. Also not to pricey. Hopefully I'm not asking a lot.
ming Posted December 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2017 Here is a list of 24 Barbados beaches from Barbados.org along with each of their attributes. http://www.barbados.org/bcwest.htm Perhaps it will help you find one that suits you perfectly. :)
JohninDC Posted December 16, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 16, 2017 Several beach clubs along Carlisle Bay -about a 20 min walk or $5 per person cab ride from the port. Boatyard is popular and offers everything you want plus water toys, etc. Some of the others (Harbor lights, Lobster Alive) do not offer water toys, but may be less crowded). Check trip advisor and reviews on this board.
Rare Keith1010 Posted December 17, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 17, 2017 You've been given great advice by JohninDC. I can only speak to Boatyard and tell you that it makes for an enjoyable time at the beach so I highly recommend it. Keith
