Royal Website - can't log in

is it just me or is it their usual lousy website. I can't log into my account and even tried to change username and password and it still doesn't work. Sigh.... Just wondering if it's me or everyone?

Have you tried the usual: clear cache, clear cookies, private browsing mode, different browser.

I have not been able to log in either. I wanted to get the Refreshment package... but can't get into my cruises.

I can log in but couldn't get to my cruise planner. Went to File and click on Open in Immersive Browser and it worked. Had to log out first though and then relogged in.
