We finally get docked. Susan and I get our swimsuits on, sunscreen up, grab the snorkel gear, and head off to our shore excursion.

They were handing out fruit, muffins, juice, coffee and water on our way there.We had a filling breakfast so we took only some juice.

Once we got to Las Caletas, we headed of the pier and towards the beach.

Las Caletas looks like it's got something for everyone! Love those kinds of places. I like to do lots of stuff.

I went snorkeling and took our underwater camera to what I could get pictures of.

The wave action of the beach was a little rough, the water was a bit cloudy, and it was sometimes difficult to get out of the water. you had to choose your wave set correctly.

I decided I wanted to relax, and just enjoy the beach. I dozed, drank some Margarita's and just enjoyed my Christmas Day.

Lunch was being served at 1:30 pm. About 1 we got our stuff and headed towards the lunch spot. Susan stopped and got a souvenir shirt.

 

 

We climbed to the lunch spot and found a table.

 

 

Susan showed me her clay model. She made it on the way back from the bathroom.I kept wondering why it was taking her so long.

Selections included: Turkey, potatoes, stuffing, mac and cheese, seafood paella, salads, chicken, cheeses. plus they had like 5 different desserts along with Mexican coffee.

The desserts were amazing.

 

Once lunch was finished, at about 215, we headed to the boat to head back to the ship.

 

 

Drinks were flowing as we boarded.
