Move-over offer questions

But you are no worse off than you were on the day you booked your cruise or the day before the phone call.

They are $1000 worse off by declining the compromise offer made to them. An offer I presume is not routine and was only made to them because they were persistent in blaming Princess because they could not answer the phone when Princess called back. I am still totally befuddled why anyone would press for it and then turn it down.

I received an upsell from a balcony to a mini and called back as soon as I read the e-mail, and called back an hour later just in case. I kept the phone in my pocket so I would not miss a call back, and sure enough, a couple of hours later I did get the call back and wound up in a great mini.
