Online check-in?

 Share

Recommended Posts

Trying to do online check-in for our Feb 3 sailing. I was able to update our arrival info, but am getting hung up on the on-board expense account page. It won't light up the check box for me to agree to the terms. All fields are filled. Any ideas? Anyone else hung up?

Is there an agreement box you have to scroll through?

There is, and I've scrolled (and scrolled, and clicked and scrolled, lol!). Very odd.

All I can suggest is the usual clear cache, clear cookies, private browsing mode, different browser.

I had the same problem. I was using Firefox. Switched to Chrome and it worked fine.

I continuously have that problem when trying to do online check in with Google Chrome. It won't input my CC #. I think I can if I went to EX instead.

In the end I just gave up and simply hand my CC to the desk at check in. Takes no more time than when it is hooked up. Even if I could input the info, the website only takes the last four numbers anyway.

I just check "cash" to complete it.

That was what I was thinking, and then got it to go on my PC. I remember doing online check-in last time, and then wondering why because it didn't seem to save any time....

Don't forget, it's timed. You only have so much time to complete the check-in. I don't know how much time, half hour, I think. Otherwise, you have to start all over again.

That's interesting. I don't think I had it up for a long time? But who knows. All set now!
