zoryana Posted March 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2018 I got married recently, and changed most of my documentation to my husbands last name. But have not gotten around to changing my last name for my passport. Do I need to do that before we go on a cruise to the Caribbean?
Underwatr Posted March 19, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 19, 2018 What name is your travel booked under? You can board a cruise with BC, DL plus a bridging document between the BC & DL (such as a marriage certificate) but if you have an ID that matches the name under which you're booked it goes easier, with no explanations required. Rare Essiesmom Posted March 19, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 19, 2018 You can travel on that passport with the bridging document, marriage license. EM
Rare Keith1010 Posted March 19, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 19, 2018 This is correct. Just bring your bridging document. Keith
lauren009 Posted March 20, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 20, 2018 I just got married 2 weeks ago and cant get my passport changed in time for our honeymoon. I'm bringing an official (from the clerks office) copy of my marriage license with me and my drivers license with my new name (plus passport).
