So I was a bit hasty when booking a cruise - what is the refund policy on a royal Caribbean holiday?

Where are you located? Your use of the word holiday makes me think perhaps UK. If so, different booking rules.

 

You need to look at your booking confirmation. If you booked with a travel agent contact them. Also, would depend when the cruise is - closer to sail date there is less of a refund. You need to provide more information for a definitive answer.
