Escape Room Grand Cayma

Anyone done this? We've been to Cayman so many times we're looking for something a little different to do. This is close to port and looks like it might be fun.

YES! We did this last summer and it was great!! It is a short walk from the pier and the employees are friendly and helpful. There are three escape rooms...we did The Asylum, and thanks to my two adult sons, we escaped with time to spare. We booked this independently, and they said they were applying to become a ship excursion. I am so glad they are now. You can go to TripAdvisor and read their reviews & see photos. It was completely worth it. When we return to GC, we will go again and do another of the rooms.

It's not a ship excursion - I just found it by browsing around Cayman Island info. Thanks for the info - I think we're going to do the Pirate one. :)

That’s what we did...we just booked ourselves. It won’t take you too long, so you can still shop, or whatever.

For those looking for it, the escape room, Locked Inn Cayman, is at 18 Fort Street. It's on the second floor of a building on the right side of the road (as you walk away from the waterfront). That is an easy walk from the tender docks in George Town.

 

This could be an interesting activity close to town for those who might rather do something other than shopping.

We booked this and we can't wait. Carnival does offer it now as an excursion, but for our cruise it's $59 PP. You can book it directly (with better time slots AND pick your room) for $37.50.
