Price drop . . . TA not available, what would you do?

Not sure what to do . . . cruising on Carnival Pride on April 15 (in 13 days yayyyy!). Price has dropped so a guaranteed balcony cabin is less than what we paid for our 4K (inside, French doors). Not sure what price category we booked under as it was through a TA. However, in January I was able to get a small refund due to a price drop at that time. I know Carnival won't talk to me as I booked through a TA . . . and I suspect TA is away for a while. Not sure if I should wait for TA or get pushy with Carnival or what. Any ideas?
