Sports Bar on Allure for NFL Draft?

My dear husband reminded me we'll be on the April 22 sailing of the Allure and he will be missing the NFL Draft. Does anyone know if they have programming that gets American items/ MLB baseball games/ possibly the football draft? I only recall soccer and very limited sports on previous cruises.

Your best bet is On Air or Boleros but I am thinking coverage will be limited.

RC does not have any sort of traditional sports bar or anything close to it.

 

They try to use the "On Air" for big sporting events only because it has many televisions.

 

But the set-up, and ambiance is not really good and the little plastic chairs are uncomfortable.

 

I really doubt that the draft will be available to watch anyway.

 

You can always ask..

Given they only had the Final Four shown in On Air and given people had to ASK for them to turn on the sound (which took them 30 minutes to figure out), I would definitely not count on it.

This year live tv is NFL Network and FOX. My guess is neither will be available onboard since those networks aren’t normally available unless it’s game broadcast. Get Voom and he can stream it.

Last year we watched the draft at Globe + Atlas pub on oasis, it was a great time! We are doing it again this year!

I was Oasis a few years ago while the draft was going on. I was able to sit outside On-Air by the Starbucks and watch ESPN on those TVs.

On Harmony, ESPN 1 and 2 are on the stateroom TV. Not sure the NFL draft will be covered on those. I did see ESPN on some of the bar TVs.

I thought it would be too but could not find any confirmation that ESPN was carrying it. Just realize the ESPN channel carried on ships is some international version so no telling if they will show it even if ESPN is carrying it.
