I am exactly 1 week before sailing and got the email today. I have already pre arranged a couple shows, ifly, north star, and wonderland. I am going to ask Ricardo if he can set up a reservation for escape room and a standing reservation for CK around 7 PM. Those where the only 2 things I couldn't seem to do online. How long does it typically take for response?Can't believe we have 1 week to go! I'm traveling with 4 friends. None of them have cruised before so I'm hoping they love the experience as much as me! What kind of suite are you in if you don't mind saying? Because there are 5 of us we booked the 2 bdr. Just send my requests, I'll see how long till the response. I have had discussions about this with several Concierges as they were working on the following weeks cruise notifications. They really only have time to do it in this manner.
