Room upgrade info

Hello. We sail on the Escape this Sunday out of NYC. I put in a bid for an upgrade. I have heard that some people don’t find out until two days out. My question is... if your bid is denied, do you get an email saying the bid wasn’t accepted? Just curios. Ty

So am I -when I checked this morning 3 of my bids said expired and one said processing! I think that means I got it! Last year I did get an email saying my bids were rejected. Have you checked to say if it says pending, processing, or expired?

In the past, I've received an e-mail saying rejected.

Processing means the bid was successful and your card is being charged.

Yeah it still let’s me upgrade to an additional choice if I want. I only made one bid and honestly I keep going back and forth with cancelling it as we could get out in a worse section of the ship.

Still says pending?

It doesn’t say pending anywhere. Just says let’s get u upgraded and when I go more deep shows my bid and review the offer.

Review your offers. They should say pending, expired or processing.
