Njkc Posted May 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2018 I am usually way more organized. I went to print out all of my document today and realized I can't print my Set Sail Pass because my cruise is in 2 days. I called and she said when we get to the port just tell them we don't have it. Does anyone know what happens or what the process is if you don't? Thanks
Biker19 Posted May 11, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2018 The security folks will look you up on the manifest which will add 30 sec to the process - that's it.
sjmbruce Posted May 11, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 11, 2018 We were in Puerto Rico leaving on a Southern Caribbean cruise. I forgot our passes at home in Michigan. I don't know if it was because we were in Puerto Rico, but we had to get in a separate line before security and fill out some paperwork that was pretty much all the information we had entered online. The employee had us take the paperwork, go through security like usual, and give all of the documents to the normal check in person. It really wasn't a big deal, the extra line just added 20 minutes or so to our wait.
cb at sea Posted May 11, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 11, 2018 Don't panic...you don't actually NEED to print it! You don't even need to fill it out...they can get all your info when you check in!
