I have seen quite a few posts on here about people being upgraded. it does not seem to happen now on any other cruise lines.

If you have been up graded when did you find out?

We were upgraded within a few weeks of booking on the Seaside from Bella to Aurea cabin.

Upgraded some 3 months before sailing. Friends received a double upgrade.

Don't forget, when you are upgraded you only upgrade to the cabin, no the benefits. If you're upsold, then you get the benefits of your upsell..

We were upgraded from a Bella Balcony to a Fantastica Balcony. It was about 2 weeks after we booked.

Upgraded from balcony Bella to Aurea suite with Bella experience approx 1 week after booking.

We were upgraded from Aurea to YC, but didn't find out until after we had boarded and found cruise cards with other peoples names on our cabin bed! I rang reception who told me we had been upgraded and to come to reception to meet our butler. It was quite a shock, but in a good way. ;p
