bee-ess Posted June 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2018 Can anyone tell me how long the sail-in to Stockholm through the archipelago is ? We are not due to dock unto 10:30 so I'm wondering what time to get up and sit on balcony for the sail in. Never been before but I'm told the sail-in is great scenery. Thanks
juniper berries Posted June 4, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 4, 2018 Just did the sail in on May 30th and the sail in started around 3.30 to 4 am. The sun was just starting to come up as at this time of year it does not get really dark for long. It was an amazing sight to see. We were being followed by another ship. At times you have to got fairly slow. You also see it on the way out as well.

dogs4fun Posted June 4, 2018 #6 Share Posted June 4, 2018 Yes, the archipelago is gorgeous. You sail so close that at times it seems you can reach out and touch the trees.
Joanandjoe Posted June 4, 2018 #7 Share Posted June 4, 2018 It takes about 4h more or less, and you where told right the scenery is great! Our cruise docks at 2 pm on August 3; so I guess that means the entire sail-in will be in the daytime. Is that correct?
