We are coming in on Celebrity Infinity from 7-5 on Nov 20th. We'd like to participate in one of the all day adventure tours (6 hours) offered by a couple companies. Fury or Sebago. We dock at the Outer Mole. The all day trips get back to dock at 4pm. Will we make it back ok?

There are two types of all-day tours: one which includes jet skiing and parasailing and kayaking and things like wall-climbing or banana boats. These are very popular and take a lot of passengers. The other type includes only kayaking and snorkeling. Both Fury and Sebago (and Sunset Watersports) offer each type of trip. I'm only familiar with the Sebago trips and their Island T'ing and Backcountry trips only take 20 or fewer people and tends to be pretty punctual returning to Key West either a little before or after 4:00. You might consider one of these trips but the other type, because of the number of passengers, can take longer and it takes more time for them to get off the boat. It boards and returns to the Bight, about a ten minutes walk back to the docks.

As an alternative you might consider Danger Charters half day morning trip. It includes kayaking and snorkeling and boards at 9:00 or 9:30 and returns four hours later, so you'd be well within your time period on the island and even have time for a little more exploring. And all of Danger's boats moor over at the cruise ship docks.
