How has service been using the Premier Bev Package?

Another question about the Premier Bev Package, how is wine/ cocktail service if you decide to eat in the buffet at lunch? at dinner? Do you go to a bar and get it yourself or is there table service? All the information people have shared is very appreciated :).

There's waiters roving the buffet seating area to take drink orders and bring whatever you like from the bar..
