Does the vista have a smoking lounge?

I know this is a longshot, but when I sailed the triumph there was a cigar/smoking lounge, does the vista have a bar you can smoke at thats NOT the casino? I always pack a bunch of stogies and never smoke them because I cant find a decent quiet place that lets me smoke. thanks a bunch

Smoking lounges on Carnival are a thing of the past.

Cigarette smoking (including electronic cigarettes and personal vaporizers) are permitted in the following areas:

• Club Monaco Casino: Smoking is permitted while playing at designated slot machines and table games.
  
• World’s Casino Bar: Smoking is permitted in designated area.
  
• Hollywood Nightclub: Smoking is permitted but not on the dance floor.
  
• Outdoors: Smoking is permitted in designated areas on Deck 3 (starboard side) and Deck 10 (starboard side, midship and aft).
  
• Note: Cigar and tobacco pipes are only permitted in the above designated outdoor smoking areas on Deck 3 (starboard side, forward) and Deck 10.

no, may be only outside for cigars. the casino on vista is extremely smoky.

Oops - posted wrong ship. I could always find an area in Vista's casino overly smoky. If necessary, I would move. The expected value on any slot machine is still, you lose.
