Yes you can drink using the UBP. You will probably be limited to the bar, not the tables. The tables they reserve for eating even though the tables are usually empty.

You can sit at the bar and drink.

 

Want to? Depends on the weather. It is outside and could be cold in Alaska or oppressively hot and humid in the Caribbean. Also, their hours are more limited.

What does the $14.95 charge get you? I thought the menu was a la carte?

Does Bliss also have a 5 O'Clock Somewhere bar? They had the same drinks as Margaritaville and a better drinking atmosphere on Escape.
