Here's a funny when the health forms were required:

My friend's husband just glanced at it and checked everything Yes. :o

Not so funny because it delayed them a long while and lots of explaining.

Then, there was the Doctor who wisely just did NO because he didn't want to explain he was a doctor who lived in south Florida so had seen many sick the morning before they sailed.

That's a surprise to me.

I've never heard about them checking people getting off the ship for sickness.

 

Major China airports use this to check incoming passengers for illness.
