Heated Pools? (Seaside)

I've been looking at Cruise Critic pictures of Seaside.  There are a couple pictures where she's docked in a European port, it looks chilly out, and there's someone swimming in the South Beach pool.  I know pools on ships aren't usually heated, but these pictures made me wonder if maybe they are.  Anyone?

That's Piraeus.  Note the people with coats on.  Guess it depends on where you live...whether it is cold or not.  EM
