Free At Sea excursion credits

Has anyone been able to use their FAS excursion credit for an excursion on disembarkation day?  We normally just book our tours independently, but we can only find the tour we want this time through NCL.

Yes, we are supposed to get the credit.   However, perhaps because our shipboard account was already settled we had to reach out to NCL guest relations to the credit put on our account.  No hassle, just a nuisance.

Yes, the FAS promo credit does apply to a post-cruise excursion. When I book them onboard, I assure that the ShoreEx rep knows about the credit and specifically ask that he/she verifies that it will be applied. I've never had any problem with it showing up on the final statement.

Yes; have done it.  It is the only time that the credit is applied BEFORE you take the shorex.  BUT make sure that the credit is applied before you settle your account.
