Check in times question please

We have a large group of 20+ family member sailing tomorrow on the breakaway out of NOLA.

EVERYBODY has the early check in time of 10:00-10:30 EXCEPT for my two adult stepdaughters. They didn’t get their passport/BC information to us in a timely manner so the only thing available by the time they did was 2:00-2:30. 

Whats the chance they just let them check in and board with the rest of us since we are all traveling to the terminal together?

I’ve been led to believe from other threads that check in times are more of a suggestion than a rule.

Check in times seem to be an attempt to get people to spread out and not allmarrive at one time. They won’t turn you away by any means.

Thank you all so much! That makes us feel better. I mean, they are adults so if they have to sit there alone in the terminal until their check in time, well so be it, but it would put a damper on the whole trip for everybody else.
