Does anyone know if Celebrity in Australia offers any OBC or discounts for past (Australian) military service?

We've been able to obtain OBC on our Carnival sailings.

November Oscar Phil.  I am ex Military way back.  Done Celebrity Solstice few years ago, no Military OBC or Discounts.    Cunard/Princess/P&O/Carnival do it.   HAL does not and they are part of Carnival Corp, don't ask me why they don't.

Carnival in general are more generous with their OBCs. This is one example. RCL group don't offer that benefit.

Most disappointing that Celebrity doesn't . Will consider not sailing with them again on principle, but that may be cutting off my nose etc........

Celebrity offers military discounts on select sailings to active or reserve personnel currently serving .

I suppose you have to be still serving though.

"Select sailings" is the operative term - at present there are very few.

 

Furthermore that only applies to US bookings as well; it's not a promotion they offer elsewhere, hence why I didn't mention it.

I thought they extended it to any countries serving personnel.
