You cannot walk all the way through this deck because of the galley. You will need to use the stairs or elevators and go up and back down a deck (or down and back up if you prefer)

At the back of the deck is other MDR, Platinum. The door appears open because a member of the crew had just walked out, but they had the doors shut and I did not feel right barging in. I always forget to come back when it it open to get a proper picture of the aft MDR.

Moving up to Deck 4 at the aft is the second level of the MDR. Next is the Ivory Club.

In the corner of this seldom found bar, is the Dreams studio.

Black & White Library.

They had very old newspaper articles on display here that I thought was kinda cool.

All the way forward on Decks 4 & 5 are the balcony sections of the main theater.

Continuing on Deck 5 now.

The gift shop and the hours they are open.

Cigarette prices. Possibly outdated prices but I imagine they have not gone up much if they have.

Kiosk for checking you bill if you don't want to live in denial about it like me.

SkyBox Sports Bar.

I'm not really sure I understand how the casino ties in with the overall theme of the other public spaces. It seems to be themed around colors, but here we have The Camel Club Casino. Um, ok?

Basketball court is also on this deck which you have to cut across to reach the mini golf course.

Deck 12 is where Camp Carnival is located.

Thank you!

Got some more I'm gonna post now. I would love to share my PVP with you, but CC rules are kinda funny and I don't know if I will end up in the naughty chair for doing so. At your next Ultra, ask some other ultra people and if a name comes up several times - that is probably her. And if it's not, well they are probably pretty good too lol.

I understand about the PVP, can we private message you?

Following the updates but impatiently, lol, awaiting more Ultra info.  Great review!

I tried to use the board's "message" function and it said that I can only send 0 messages a day. I've already hit that limit, and I have a feeling I will hit that tomorrow too :classic_dry: If you want to leave your email address I can shoot you an email. I will have more Ultra info tomorrow

I'm anxious to hear more about the Ultra too.  I have my first one booked in June on the Pride.

Have a great trip! Will have more of the review tomorrow.

I’ve only been on Carnival once and going on a Premier cruise in January so I’m not very familiar with accepted protocol onboard, but it always strikes me as strange when I see pictures of people waiting at Guest Services standing right next to the person being served. I would think that person would be allowed some room to conduct their business in private.

Loving the review!  My 12 year old daughter and I are sailing on the Glory in 38 days.  We won't be taking in the casino but thank you for including so much info.  Can't wait to surprise her with this at Christmas.  🙂

I'm on the Glory in 31 days, so i'm on the trip before yours. All these pics from the review have been amazing!

I've never really thought about it but I kinda see your point. I think its by design the way the folks behind the counter are so close together, the guests are as well. Oh well, makes for some interesting listening. My favorite this cruise was the lady who just could not understand why her daughter who paid full fare does not have access to the pool just because she is in a swim diaper. When the pool deck manager came down and explained it does not hold in liquids her response was "everyone pees in that pool". Oh boy.
