When you board the ship, look at the Patter, it will be listed there. Be aware, the dining room is only open from 12:00 - 1:30.

This was the first question I asked when I boarded.  I was told that all three dining rooms were open, but I did not find this believable, and I later found out that it was incorrect.  We went to the DaVinci dining room; it was open and we were seated immediately, with no wait.

That's interesting...usually if you ask which dining room is open, you're directed to the buffet.
