Alaska port excursions

Going on our first alaskan cruise in July with the family (6 people total, all adults).  Our ports are Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Victoria.  Is there any must do excursions in these ports?  Is one port better for whale watching vs another?  What about fishing? We're pretty much open for any type of excursion.

Thanks!

There's no "must dos" since everyone's preferences are different.

If it was me I'd do a whale watching cruise out of Juneau and the White Pass & Yukon Rail out of Skagway.

Agreed for Juneau and Skayway.  The gardens in Victoria are a #1 must do IMO.  Words can not describe it!  Most of our AK cruises have had a very short time in port in Ketchikan, sadly.  I love this port - so beautiful!  If you are only there a brief time, it's a great "walk around" port.  Creek Street is lovely.  Alaska stole our hearts the first time we cruised there - it's our favorite cruise destination.
